Meet the Staff

Executive Director

ROBERT MARTS recently returned from serving with the 1/172 cavaly atrp 2nd plt in Afganistan. Robert has worked in the Emergency Medical Service since 1989 and as Operation Director at Monmouth Ocean Hospital Corp. from 1998 to 2004. Currently serving in the US Army National Guard 5th 117th cavalry unit as a Recon Scout, served in Afganistan Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraq Operation Iraq Freedom 101st Airborne Divsion (AASLT). Wounded in combat. Robert has been with the FSO since 2008 as a Community Outreach Specialist. Studied emergency medical science and tecnology at Ocean County College, and currently studying global security and terrorism at Fairleigh Dickinson University.



Peer Support Coordinator

Lionel Woodley

LIONEL WOODLEY resides in Pittsgrove township with his wife of 30 years. Lionel is the father of four boys ages ranging from adolescent to young adulthood, all of whom he states are"a blessing." Lionel has served as a Peer Support Partner, a Peer Support Coordinator and now as Interim Executive Director. Lionel has enjoyed working at the Family Support Organization, observing "I find it rewarding to fulfill families' needs."

Derla Lundy

DERLA LUNDY is a wife and mother of two biological children and two step children. She has been a foster parent for many years and has adopted two more children. After many years in another profession, Derla decided to make a career change in order to work with families of children who have mental and behavioral challenges like those of her own. She has been a Peer Support Partner with CGSFSO for 4 years. She enjoys her job and continues to advocate for other families and assist them through their journey.

Curry Matalucci

CURRY MATALUCCI resides in Richwood, NJ with her husband and 3 of her 4 children. She has helped raise her two step-children, her oldest which has a myriad of challenges and currently lives independently. Her daughter is in her junior year of college and her younger two boys are still at the elementary school level. Curry has a B.S. in Biology, prior experience working in Emergency room billing and registration, lab experience with double blind medication studies, and a history of working with special needs students at Rowan University. Her greatest education comes from raising her children. Curry comes to the CGS FSO after 10 years of being a stay-home mom. She hopes to make a positive difference and help others successfully navigate the system, and advocate for their families. "We are all in this together."

Barbara Hance

BARBARA HANCE is a wife and mother of three children and a long time resident of Gloucester County. One of her children has mental health challenges that have given her the experience of navigating the mental health system of care along with advocating her child's needs within the school system. "There is nothing like meeting a person who truly knows your challenges in a personal level. This is such a needed service and I am truly grateful to work with these families."



Office Manager

Lisa Gates

LISA GATES brings with her several years experience in working in the mental health community. She resides in Bridgeton with her two children, a son and daughter. “I love reaching out to the community to let the families know they are not alone. She currently volunteers as a Parents Anonymous facilitator at CGSFSO and serves on the Cumberland County DYFS Advisory Board. They have a place to come and meet parents who may be having the same problems.”



Community Outreach Specialist

Teresa Dimitri Salem County Youth Partnership Coach

TERESA DIMITRI Teresa Dimitri came to CGSFSO with years of experience in community organizing, programming and direct service to youth and their families. In addition to her professional experienced, she also raised a child who was diagnosed as ADHD during a time when diagnosis and treatment were not readily available. She knows first had how important it is to advocate for your child to ensure the right support is in place for him/her to reach their full potential. "I believe in empowering families to that they are able to improve their quality of life."



Gloucester Counfy Youth Partnership Coach

Tina DeNovellis

TINA DeNOVELLIS has worked in education for 8 years. Her first field experienced focused on children with special needs. She is passionate and dedicated to volunteering. Through her knowledge and extended relationships, Tina hopes to create awareness and enlighten others about the CGSFSO's many supportive roles as a family centered organization. Tina enjoys working with the children and families that she comes into contact with through the FSO.



Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem Youth Partnership Coach

Daniel Calderon

DANIEL CALDERON joined the CGS FSO as the Youth Coach for the Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Youth Partnerships. Mr. Calderon gained experience working with teens that have mental health and behavioral challenges from Ranch Hope. He brought his experience and enthusiasm to the FSO and is eager to assist the teens in reaching their full potential. Mr. Calderon in his eagerness to assist others and his love for animals has trained his own personal pets that are now certified as therapy dogs.
